We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destination preferences, budget and any other details you include when submitting an enquiry form, contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or making a booking.
We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see Cookies section below).
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to: respond to your enquiry and provide travel quotes; arrange and manage your holiday booking including flights, accommodation, transfers and visas; communicate with you about your booking or enquiry; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations including ATOL requirements; and improve our website and services.
We will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have given us explicit consent to do so.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases: Contract - where processing is necessary to fulfil a booking or respond to your enquiry; Legitimate interest - to operate our business, improve our services and communicate with you about your travel arrangements; Legal obligation - to comply with ATOL, financial and other regulatory requirements; Consent - where you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share your personal information only where necessary to arrange your travel: airlines, hotels, tour operators and other travel suppliers to fulfil your booking; visa application services where you have requested visa assistance; insurance providers where you have purchased travel insurance through us; payment processors to handle your transactions securely; and regulatory bodies such as the Civil Aviation Authority where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party for their own marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. For completed bookings, we retain records for 7 years in line with financial and regulatory requirements. For enquiries that do not result in a booking, we retain your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct any inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data (where there is no legal reason for us to keep it); restrict or object to how we process your data; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
